§ 02 · Built by a marketer, for marketers

TopSlot was not built by a data company hunting for a use case.

It was built by a marketer who needed the answer to one question: what is AI telling my buyers, and what is that costing me? Every feature still starts from that question. The Council exists so the platform keeps being built with the people it is for.

§ 03 · Why this exists

AI assistants answer buyer questions before a website ever gets the visit.

Knowing what those answers say about you, fixing what is missing, and proving what the fix earned should not be an enterprise luxury. We are making it available to every brand. That is what democratizing AI visibility looks like. The playbook is being written right now, and we would rather write it with people who advise brands every day than write it alone.

§ 05 · Where a seat can lead

The Council is where we look first for formal advisors.

A small number of members who shape the product and the category over their first two quarters will be invited into an advisory agreement that includes equity. Invitations are one to one, at our discretion, and are not part of the seat. On the table, not guaranteed.

§ 06 · How a seat is kept

A seat is kept, not bought.

Each quarter, active members attend the session and do at least one of two things: publish one piece built on their own TopSlot data, or introduce two businesses that should be measuring their AI visibility. Members disclose the affiliation whenever they write about us. Quiet for two consecutive quarters and the seat opens to the waitlist.

§ 07 · Who should apply

You are a marketer first.

You run an agency, lead growth, or write for an audience that already asks you what to do about AI search. You like being early. You back claims with data.

This is not for you if you want passive free software or a logo for your site. The Council works or it does not exist.
