Cancellation & Refund Policy

01Subscription plans

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans and services offered by TopSlot (topslot.ai), the registered legal entity that operates the platform and processes all subscription payments and refunds.

TopSlot offers monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

02Free plan

The Free plan requires no payment and can be used indefinitely with limited features. No cancellation is required for free accounts.

03Cancellation policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account Settings page or by contacting us at hello@topslot.ai.

Monthly subscriptions: upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent months. Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.

Annual subscriptions: upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your annual billing period. Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan at the end of the annual period.

04Refund policy

All payments made to TopSlot are final and non-refundable.

By subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable once payment is processed.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period.
  • No refunds will be issued for subscription downgrades or cancellations mid-cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued if you choose not to use the service during your subscription period.

This no-refund policy applies to all subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Agency) and both monthly and annual billing cycles.

05Plan changes

Upgrades: when you upgrade your plan, the new pricing takes effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

Downgrades: when you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your current plan features until then.

06Service availability

TopSlot strives to maintain 99.5% uptime for all services. In the event of extended service unavailability (more than 72 consecutive hours), we may, at our sole discretion, provide service credits for the affected period. This does not constitute a refund.

07Billing disputes

If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, please contact us at hello@topslot.ai within 7 days of the charge. We will review your account and resolve any billing discrepancies.

08Account termination

TopSlot reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

09Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
