Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TopSlot platform. The service is operated by TopSlot ("we", "us", "our"), the registered legal entity behind topslot.ai. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You agree to use TopSlot only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm any person or organization
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our audit pipeline
• Submit false or misleading brand information to manipulate results
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Use automated tools to access the platform beyond our provided API
• Resell or redistribute audit data without a valid white-label agreement

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. TopSlot cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Continued use of the platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

We offer a limited number of free scorecards. Free scorecards are provided as-is and may have reduced functionality compared to paid plans. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.

All content, branding, code, and design elements of the TopSlot platform are owned by TopSlot and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the brand information you submit and the audit reports generated for your account.

You grant us a limited license to use your submitted brand data solely for the purpose of providing the audit service.

TopSlot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of AI-generated audit results, scores, or recommendations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopSlot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that is harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of TopSlot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
